Aviyal Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of Plantain potatoes
  • 1 bowl of brinjal
  • 1 bowl of carrots
  • 1 bowl of beans
  • few drumstick
  • ½ bowl green peas
  • 1 Hot chillie
  • 1 bowl hung curd
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • salt to taste
  • 4-5 Curry Leaves

Method

  • Cut the vegetables into long pieces and steam in pressure cooker.
  • Grind grated coconut and green hot chillies and salt
  • Add this to thick curd.
  • Add cooked vegetables, mix well and heat for some time.
  • When cooked, add curry leaves and 1/2 spoon coconut oil.
