Dahi Kabab


  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 onions
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 75 gm cheese
  • 2 tsp  coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 1/2 table spoon chili flex
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 100 gm roasted cheese
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • Oil for frying


  • First, take a muslin cloth and put yogurt in it and then hang it and hang it so that it gets out of water.
  • Now add green chilies, coriander-black pepper powder, ginger, salt and onion in the cooked cheese and mix it.
  • Now, take a hung Curd in a bowl and mix it with coriander, Chilly Flex and remaining coriander-black pepper powder.
  • Now add Crushed paneer, cornflour and gram flour in it and bind it.
  • Mix all well and make a Kabab shape rolls, and deep fry them until turns brown.
  • Serve Hot
