Green Peas Tikiya Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 gms green peas Boiled
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp yellow pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp  chat masala
  • salt according to taste
  • 2 tbsp Besan Powder,
  • 1 Boil Potato
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander

Method:

  • Take the Boil peas and mash it with potato masher.
  • Heat Ghee in a pan, Now add ginger and green chillies in a pan. Then add mashed peas to it and cook until fully cooked.
  • Now add remaining spices to it and cook it continuously.
  • Now remove it from the flame and add Besan powder, green coriander and boiled potatoes with this.
  • Now make small round Ball (tikki) of this, After making small tikki, pour the ghee on the pan and Deep Fry it till golden brown.
