Palak Patta Chat Recipe


  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp celery
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1tbsp turmeric
  • 4 tbsp curd
  • 7-8 spinach leaves
  • 1tbsp black salt
  • 1tbsp cumin seed powder
  • 1tbsp red chillie powder
  • 1 bowl chopped onions
  • 1 bowl chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 2 tsp tamarind sauce
  • 2 tsp Green chutney
  • 1 tsp Bundi
  • 1 tsp pomegranate
  • 1 tsp Zero No. Sev


  • Take a cup of gram flour in a bowl, then add celery, water and salt in it, and make a Good batter.
  • You can mix more water if needed. Then add a pinch of turmeric and mix it again.
  • Then take the leaves of the spinach, and Put them in the gram flour Batter.
  • Now take out Spinach Leaves, put some cornflour on it and deep fry them until turns golden brown and crispy.
  • Now Put fried crispy spinach leaves in the plate and then put yogurt on it.
  • Apply the chutney over it and all the spices cumin seeds, black salt, onions, red chilli powder, green chili, tomatoes, onions and tamarind sauce.
  • Now finally garnish with pomegranate, sev and boondi.
  • Palak Patta chat is Ready to Serve.
