Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe


  • 15-16 pieces of paneer
  • 1 table spoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp amchoor powder
  • 1 onion chopped into big pieces
  • 1 capsicum Chopped into big pieces
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp oil
  • salt to taste


  • First take the pieces of paneer in a bowl.
  • Now add salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder,  curd, turmeric, Kasturi Methi, celery, cumin powder, coriander powder, black salt, garam masala and amchoor.
  • Mix it well and, lemon juice.
  • Now add the pieces to the paneer, onion and capsicum by hand so that all the spices can be found in it.
  • Then add oil into the bowl and mix it.
  • Now take a scurf and then put pieces of paneer in it one by one.
  • Apply oil from the brush on it and keep them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Now, remove it from the fridge, Grill it to 240 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Serve warmly by adding the chat masala on it.
