Peanut Gazak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250g  jaggery
  • 4 tsp ghee
  • 100g Peanut

Method

  • First, cook jaggery on low flame with ghee.
  • Now add peanuts to the jaggery.
  • Now roll it into square shape
  • Now put it aside and let it cool down all night.
  • Your Peanut Gazak is Ready
