Raj Kachori Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Raj Kachori baskat
  • 2 tbsp sweet curd
  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutni
  • 1 tbsp green chatni
  • 100 g potato (boiled)
  • 100 g mix sprouts
  • 1 pc dahi Bhalla
  • 4 Papadi
  • 50 grams chickpeas (boiled)
  • little pomegranate,
  • 50g Zero No. Sev
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to Taste

Method :

  •  Firstly , add dahi Bhalla, Papadi, Sprout, boiled chickpeas, Sev, Ginger and Pomegranate in Raj Kachori baskets.
  • Then sprinkle the Cummin Powder, Black pepper powder and salt on it
  • Now add  Green chutney, curd and tamarind Chutney on it.
  • Finally serve and garnish with pomegranate, and Sev.
