Sprout Chana Masala Recipe

Ingredients

  • 25 g Chana Sprout
  • 25 g Green Pea Sprout
  • 25 g of black gram
  • 25 g of beans sprouts
  • 25 g fenugreek sprouts
  • 6-8 Cherry tomato
  • 4 onion
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Method :

  • Soak the sprouts overnight
  • Boil the Sprouts in a Pressure Cooker for 10 min
  • Remove the Excessive Water from the Sprouts, and it out in a Bowl
  • Now, Add Chopped Tomatoes, onions into sprouts
  • Sprinkle it with lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt, Mix Well.
